Cut a strip about 7 cm wide in a sheet of brick.

Place a nut of parsley-butter and a snail at the bottom of the strip.

Also spread some butter at the top of the strip,

it will stick the last triangle to help you to seal the briouate.

Fold in a triangle shape as shown in the picture below, or watch the video.

Usually, most of the sheets of brick are round.

To create stripes with a round,

cut the sheet following the fat dotted lines in this picture.    --->

The two stripes in the center are ready.

Fold the two sides, in the middle,

to obtain two other stripes.
